Finalization of the acquisition of PTITiS Termoinstal Ltd.

On behalf of the Management Board, we would like to inform that 22nd May, 2017 the B&P Engineering Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. have finalized the acquisition of the TERMOINSTAL Sp. z o.o. company based in Łańcut, podkarpackie voivodeship.

From 22nd May, 2017 the B&P ENGINEERING Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. company is the sole owner of PTITiS Termoinstal Sp. z o.o.

Previous shareholders and members of the Company's governing bodies will continue to cooperate with us and support the company’s further development.

PTITiS Termoinstal Sp. z o.o. is the manufacturing company which provides assembly services and is broadly experienced in the repair and assembly of equipment as well as complete technological installations, along with the execution of cold and hot insulation.

This acquisition is a part of the B&P Engineering holding structure, which will enable the company to grow rapidly and strengthen its market position, as well as significantly increase its economic and financial potential.
